NOTE:

DTC tables are listed according to V.A.G code.
Explanation of DTC types (e.g. "open circuit/short circuit to ground" ): Scan Tool (ST) operating instructions
If DTCs are indicated:
Check wiring and connectors to these components as well as ground connections according to wiring diagram. This particularly applies if DTCs are displayed as "occurring sporadically" (SP).
Erase DTC memory after correcting DTC → Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory, checking and erasing and reset readiness code → Readiness code, setting .
