Accelerator Pedal Module

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Removing 

-- Remove the steering column cover retainers -arrows- and cover.

-- Pry out the cap using a screwdriver.

-- Remove the bolt.

-- Slide the release tool T10238 as shown, into the openings designated for it until the tool stops and remove the accelerator pedal module.

-- Disconnect the connector from the accelerator pedal module.

Installing 

-- Connect the connector -2- to the accelerator pedal module -5- and push the rubber sleeve -1- onto the connector again.

-- Press the accelerator pedal module onto the pins -6-.

-- Insert the centering pin -7- into the hole on the vehicle floor.

-- Secure the accelerator pedal module with the bolt -3-.

-- Install the cap -4-.

-- Install the steering column cover and retainers -arrows-.
