Passenger Side Airbag Unit: Installation

WARNING: Vehicles are equipped with air bag supplemental restraint system. Before attempting ANY repairs involving steering column, instrument panel or related components, see SERVICE PRECAUTIONS and DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article.

Ensure battery ground cable is still disconnected. Connect airbag unit connector to passenger's side airbag unit with four hex bolts.
Install air vent housing by engaging retaining tabs into dash panel.
Install air duct screw.
Install air vent grille.
Switch on ignition.
Connect battery ground strap.
WARNING: Ensure that there is no person inside the vehicle when connecting the battery ground strap.
