"K4" Components From Below, Overview

The clutch will now be disassembled for cleaning. No further repairs can be made to it.

1 - Clutch housing "K4"

2 - Needle thrust bearing

Dark side faces upwards.

3 - Freewheel

Arrow points inwards.

4 - Ring

Groove faces freewheel.

5 - Retaining ring

Ring will not be replaced. Therefore, remove and install carefully, not over-stretching it with force.

Disassembling "K4" from below

Remove retaining ring.
Remove ring, freewheel and axial bearing.

Assembling "K4" from below

Lay needle thrust bearing in clutch housing. Installation position.
Install freewheel. Installation position.
Insert ring with groove facing freewheel.
Install retaining ring.
