Clutch hydraulic system, overview: Notes

2 - Supply hose
3 - Clutch master cylinder
- Removing and installing → Master cylinder, removing and installing
4 - Support
- Replace only with master cylinder removed
- Removing: Removing support - A - in direction of - arrow -
- Pressing on: Pressing operating rod/master cylinder into support - A - in direction of ( - arrow - )
5 - Clutch pedal
- Removing and installing → Clutch pedal, removing and installing
6 - Self-locking hex nut, 25 Nm
- Always replace
- Qty. 2
7 - Seal/O-ring
- Always replace
- Install on line connection
- Insert with brake fluid
- Seals/O-rings matched to material of line connections: Seals/O-rings for hose/line assemblies

9 - Bracket
- Secured to chassis
10 - Seal/O-ring

- Install on line connection

13 - Clip
- To remove and install hose/line assembly, pull off clip until stop
14 - Bleeder valve
- Clutch system, bleeding → Clutch system, bleeding
15 - Dust cap
16 - Clip
- To remove and install hose/line assembly, pull off clip up to stop
17 - Clutch slave cylinder
- To remove and install, remove transmission → Transmission, removing and installing
18 - Clip
- To remove and install hose/line assembly, pull off clip up to stop
