Injection timing device cover gasket, replacing

Place a clean cloth under the injection pump.

Remove cover screws - 1 - with commercially available key for Torx socket head screws, e.g. Hazet 2115-T30.
Remove cover - 2 - and thoroughly clean.
Replace gasket - 3 - and install cover - 2 - with existing shims - 4 -.
Tighten cover securing screws - 1 -.

Tightening torque: 12 Nm
