1 - Oil pressure switch -F1- , 20 Nm
- 0.7 bar switch: Brown or 0.9 bar switch: Gray
- If sealing ring is leaking, cut open and replace
- Checking. Refer to Oil pressure and oil pressure switch, checking .
2 - Seal
- Replace
3 - 15 Nm plus an additional 14 turn (90 ° )
- Replace
- First install upper left and lower right bolts, then tighten four bolts diagonally and alternately
4 - Oil filter bracket
5 - Seal
- Replace
6 - Oil supply line
- To exhaust turbocharger
- Removing and installing
7 - Banjo bolt
8 - Sealing cap, 25 Nm
- Loosen and tighten with oil filter wrench 3417
9 - O-ring
- Replace
10 - Oil filter element
- Note correct installed position: top
11 - Sealing plug, 25 Nm
12 - Seal
- Replace
13 - Oil cooler
- Ensure clearance to adjacent components

14 - Seal
- Replace
- Install into groove on oil cooler
15 - Sealing plug, 10 Nm
- If sealing ring is leaking, cut open and replace
16 - Sealing plug
- For pressure relieve valve
- Do not loosen
