Insert new valve into guide. End of valve stem must be flush with guide. Due to slight differences in stem diameters, use only an intake valve in intake guide and an exhaust valve in exhaust guide.
Determine rock. Wear limit: max. 1.3 mm

NOTE:

Replace the cylinder head if the valve rock is greater than the wear limit.
