2 - Toothed belt
- Mark direction of rotation before removing
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Removing, installing and tensioning. Refer to Toothed belts, removing, installing and tensioning
3 - 20 Nm + 18 turn (45 ° ) further
4 - Tensioning roller
5 - 100 Nm
6 - 25 Nm
7 - Camshaft pulley
8 - Hub
- With sender wheel
- Use counterhold T10051 to loosen and tighten
- To remove, use puller T10052
- Removing and installing. Refer to Camshaft, removing and installing
9 - 10 Nm
- Replace
10 - Rear toothed belt guard
11 - Sealing grommet
- Replace if damaged
12 - Idler roller
13 - Coolant pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to Coolant pump, removing and installing .
14 - Crankshaft toothed belt pulley
15 - 120 Nm plus 14 turn (90 ° ) further
- Replace
- Use counterhold 3099 to loosen and tighten
- Do not additionally oil or grease threads and shoulder
- Turning further can be done in several stages.
16 - 15 Nm
17 - 20 Nm
18 - Toothed belt guard, lower part
19 - Belt pulley/vibration damper
- Can only be installed in one position. Holes are off-set.
20 - 10 Nm plus an additional 14 turn (90 ° )
21 - Toothed belt guard, center part
