VR5 and VR6 with/without air conditioner

NOTE: The following list refers to items in Fig 1.
  1. Power steering pump 
  2. Intake hose 
  3. Pressure line 
  4. Pressure switch 
    • Switches at 40 bar
    • Tighten to 15 N.m (11 ft. lb)
  5. O-ring 
    • Always replace
  6. Banjo bolt, 38 N.m (28 ft. lb) 
  7. O-ring 
    • Always replace
  8. Colored marks on intake hose 

    White or yellow ring must seat within retainer, see Item - 9 -.
