1 - Double clamp, 40 Nm 

• Installation position of double clamp. See Installation position of double clamps in direction of travel 

2 - Connecting brace 

3 - M6 - 10 Nm, M8 - 25 Nm, M10 - 40 Nm 

4 - Retaining ring 

• Gray color identification
• replace if damaged

5 - Front muffler 

• Aligning exhaust system. See Aligning exhaust system 

6 - Support ring 

• With retainer ring
• replace if damaged

7 - Exhaust tail pipe 

8 - Tensioning clamp, 40 Nm 

9 - Rear muffler 

• Installing muffler free of tension

10 - M6 - 10 Nm, M8 - 25 Nm, M10 - 40 Nm 

11 - To vacuum control unit 

• Component location: Behind left rear wheel housing

12 - Vacuum actuator 

• Check for freedom of movement using V.A.G 1390 hand vacuum pump

13 - Retaining ring 

• Red color identification
• replace if damaged
