1 - Hose clamp 

2 - Connection hose 

• For ventilation lines
• Check for secure fitting

3 - Ventilation line 

• Connected at EVAP canister
• Check for secure fitting
• To disengage, squeeze together at front

4 - Connector 

• black, 2-pin
• for Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve -N115-

5 - Mounting screw 

6 - Filter housing 

• for Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve -N115-

7 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve -N115-* 

• Installation position: Arrow points in direction of flow
• checking. Refer to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge solenoid valve 2 (vehicles with engine code BJS), checking 

8 - Filter element 

• for Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve -N115-

9 - EVAP canister 

• Removing and installing. Refer to Leak Detection Pump (LDP) and EVAP canister (vehicles with engine code BJS), removing and installing  , removing and installing diagnostic pump for fuel system and EVAP canister

10 - 23 Nm 

11 - Cover 

12 - 8 Nm 

13 - Ventilation line 

• From Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144- to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80-
• Clipped in on wheel housing
• Check for secure fitting

14 - Separating point 

• for ventilation line
• To disengage, squeeze together at front

15 - Expansion tank 

16 - Cover plate 

• Secured in wheel housing

17 - 15 Nm 

18 - to Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144- 

• Refer to Parts of Leak Detection Pump -LDP- (vehicles with engine code BJS), removing and installing  , item 7
• Check for secure fitting

19 - Ventilation line 

• for fuel tank
• Check for secure fitting
• To disengage, squeeze together at front

20 - Seal 

• Between vehicle floor and cover. Refer to item 11 under Parts of EVAP canister system (vehicles with engine code BJS), removing and installing
