EVALUATING DISPLAY GROUP 10, DISPLAY ZONE 2 - ENGINE LOAD

Indicated on display	Possible cause	Corrective action
Less than 15 %	Lesser values can only occur when driving in overrun
Larger than 35 %	Rough idling (not running on all cylinders)	Injectors or spark plugs faulty
	Electric consumers switched on	Switch off electric consumers
	Steering wheel at full lock	Set steering wheel to center position
	Gear selected (automatic transmission)	Place selector lever in P or N
	Mass air flow sensor faulty	Check mass air flow sensor. See MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) SENSOR, CHECKING .

EVALUATING DISPLAY GROUP 10, DISPLAY ZONE 3 - THROTTLE VALVE ANGLE

Indicated on display	Possible cause	Corrective action
Larger than 6 ANGLE°	Engine control module not adapted to throttle valve control module	Adapt engine control module to throttle valve control module. See ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM), ADAPTING TO THROTTLE CONTROL VALVE MODULE .
	Throttle position sensor in throttle valve control module faulty	Check throttle valve control module. See THROTTLE VALVE CONTROL MODULE, CHECKING .
	Throttle valve sticking	Eliminate cause
	Accelerator cable adjustment	Adjust accelerator cable See ACCELERATOR PEDAL CABLE, ADJUSTING .

NOTE: With the accelerator pedal floored the display value is approx. 80 to 90 ANGLE°.
