Piston Installation And Cylinder Orientation

  1. Piston cylinders 1 and 2:
    • Larger intake valve chamber toward flywheel (arrows)
  2. Piston cylinders 3 and 4:
    • Larger intake valve chamber toward pulleys (arrows)
NOTE: Piston orientation is indicated by a colored mark on the piston crown.
  • Pistons for cylinders 1 and 2: marked 1/2
  • Pistons for cylinders 3 and 4: marked 3/4
