If injection pump sprocket cannot be locked:

Loosen injection pump sprocket mounting bolt(s).
Turn injection pump until locating pin fits.
Tighten injection pump sprocket mounting bolt(s).
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
Remove locating pin.
Install belt guard, vibration damper, pulley and valve cover.
Install ribbed belt, see RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
