Airbag unit, visual inspection

Models fitted with driver and front passenger airbags have the inscription "AIRBAG" on steering wheel and right-hand side of the instrument panel
- Inspect padded airbag unit covers on steering wheel -1- and instrument panel -2- for signs of external damage.

WARNING:- The padded airbag unit covers on steering wheel and instrument panel must not be covered over or have any objects affixed to them.
- Do not apply any chemical treatment to airbag unit covers. Clean with a dry or water moistened cloth only.
