Immobilizer, component overview (Cabrio only): Notes

NOTE: The following list refers to items in Fig 1.
  1. - Immobilizer Control Module -J362- 
  2. - Immobilizer reader coil -D2- attached to steering lock 

    Removing and installing, refer to IMMOBILIZER READER COIL -D2-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (CABRIO ONLY) 

  3. - Transponder (response-reader memory) integrated in ignition key
