A-pillar trim, upper, removing and installing

Removing:
- Removing B-pillar trim (upper). See B-pillar trim, removing and installing .
- Remove Phillips-head screw -2-.
- Pull off and unhook retaining lugs -3-.
Installing:
- Check seating and condition of clips -4- and correct if necessary.
- Hook-in retaining lugs -3- first.
- - Phillips-head screw
- - Retaining lug
- - Clip
- With foam padding
- Pushed into A-pillar trim mount
