Vapor barrier, replacing up to 12.93: Notes

The purpose of vapor barrier is to seal off the passenger compartment from noise, water penetration and drafts.
The replacement vapor barrier is supplied with self-adhesive surfaces.
Vapor barrier must always be installed carefully and without creases. When it is replaced, the mating surfaces on the door must be cleaned and the new vapor barrier installed from top to bottom without any creases.
If adhesion is insufficient, use double-sided adhesive tape AKL 434 019 25 or AKL 440 025.
