Preparation for installing

- Remove residual polyurethane material from detached support, using scraper and blade.
Be careful to avoid damaging black ceramic paint.
- Coat contact surface of glass with Betaseal 43 518 clear primer, and wipe off immediately.
- Coat contact surface of glass with Betaseal 43 520 black primer, and let dry for 60 seconds.
- Apply Beatseal U -216 adhesive to support, press and hold support in position with hand pressure for 60 seconds.
- Check installation position of both supports:
- Parallel
- 338 0.5 mm (13.31 0.02 in.) apart (center-to-center)
The brake light can be assembled three hours later.
