Over-center spring, removing and installing: Removing

Remove driver's side lower cover.

Install assembly clamp T10111, from right side, onto over-center spring.

NOTE: Ensure that the assembly clamp is correctly seated. The clamp must be positioned on the rear part of the over-center spring so that the claws fit over the web -1-.

Press clutch pedal lightly towards bulkhead. Hook tab -2- of assembly clamp into cut-out of over-center spring.
Press clutch pedal as far as possible toward bulkhead until over-center spring can be removed downward out of mountings on bearing bracket and clutch pedal.
Bring clutch pedal to rest position.

Turn over-center spring together with assembly clamp T10111 in direction of arrow -A- and take out downward in direction of arrow -B-.
