Flexible disc, removing and installing: Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, note the following:

• Sealing rings in driveshaft flanges must not be damaged when removing and installing.
• Replace driveshaft if damaged.
• Slide rear driveshaft tube on guide pin horizontally.

Installed position of rear flexible disc 

• Three projecting sleeves each on flange for Haldex clutch and on driveshaft flange grip into mounting holes of flexible discs.

• Install driveshaft at flange of Haldex clutch so that markings - arrows  - align.

As of 06.99, balancing washers and new mounting bolts have been implemented for the driveshaft and flange of the Haldex clutch - arrows  -.

The new mounting bolts have one socket head.

Two of the new mounting bolts can be installed with one balancing washer each.
