1 - Conical head bolt, 25 Nm
2 - Flanged shaft with compression spring
- Removing and installing → Flanged shaft seals, replacing (manual transmission and bevel gear transfer case installed)
- Assembling → Differential, disassembling and assembling
3 - Cap
4 - Snap ring
5 - Switch for back-up lights, 20 Nm
6 - Seal
- Always replace
7 - Oil drain plug
- Note different versions
- With multi-point socket head, 45 Nm
- With hex-socket head, 30 Nm
8 - Seal
- Always replace
9 - Mounting screw, 30 Nm
- For selector shaft
10 - Hex bolt, 15 Nm plus 90 ° (1/4 turn)
- With permanent washer
- Always replace
11 - Hex bolt, 15 Nm plus 90 ° (1/4 turn)
- Without washer
- Always replace
12 - Selector mechanism
- Disassembling and assembling shift mechanism on transmission side as of transmission manufacture date 190503 → Shift mechanism on transmission side, disassembling and assembling as of transmission manufacture date 190503
- Removing with installed transmission:
- Remove battery and battery holder
- Remove cables and transmission shift lever
13 - Hex bolt, 20 Nm
- Always replace
14 - O-ring
- Always replace
15 - Clutch housing
16 - Transmission housing
