Work sequence

- Insert a new valve into guide. Valve stem end must be flush with guide. Because of varying stem diameters, use only intake valves in intake guides and exhaust valves in exhaust guides.
- Determine tilt clearance.
Max. wear:
- Intake valve guide = 1.0 mm
- Exhaust valve guide = 1.3 mm
