1 - Radiator
- Removing and installing, refer to Radiator, removing and installing
- After replacing replace entire amount of coolant
2 - O-ring
- Replace if damaged
3 - Upper coolant hose
- Secured to radiator with a quick coupling
- Ensure seated tightly
- Coolant hose connection diagram, refer to Coolant hose connection diagram
4 - 15 Nm
5 - Bracket
- For radiator
- Note installation position
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Fan support
8 - Washer
9 - Air shroud
10 - Right Coolant Fan V35
- Checking, refer to Coolant fan, checking
11 - Coolant fan V7
- Checking, refer to Coolant fan, checking
12 - Connector
- For Right Coolant Fan V35
13 - Connector
- For Coolant Fan V7
14 - Retaining clip
- Check for secure seat
15 - Lower coolant hose
- Secured to radiator with a quick coupling
- Ensure seated tightly

16 - Connector
- For Coolant Fan Control (FC) Thermal Switch F18
17 - Coolant fan control (FC) thermal switch F18, 35 Nm
- For electric fan
- Switch temperatures:
- 1st stage on: 92 to 97 ° C off: 84 to 91 ° C
- 2nd stage on: 99 to 105 ° C; off: 91 to 98 ° C
