Sealing ring for driveshaft flange on rear final drive, replacing (final drive removed): Installing

Before installing, lightly coat new seal on outside circumference and between sealing lips for Haldex clutch with high performance oil G 052 175 A1.

Drive in new seal flush.
Install driveshaft flange.

Insert new hex nut using D 000 600 and tighten to specified torque.

A - Hex bolts M 10 x 20

NOTE:

When tightening hex nut, counterhold flange / drive shaft over tube - C - using transmission holder V.A.G 2004 (2nd mechanic).

Install rear final drive → Rear final drive, removing and installing .
Check oil level in Haldex clutch → Oil level in Haldex clutch, checking and changing .
Check oil specification if adding oil → Code letters, allocation, ratios, capacities .
