Cover for Haldex clutch and clutch plates, removing and installing

1 - Hex nut, 220 Nm
- Removing
- Bolting on
- insert with locking fluid D 000 600
2 - Driveshaft flange
- Pull off
3 - Hex bolt, 50 Nm
4 - Oil drain plug, 15 Nm
- For Haldex clutch oil
5 - Seal
- Always replace
6 - Cover for Haldex clutch
- Remove together with disc housing
- To install, first press out disc housing
7 - O-ring
- Always replace
- Coat with high performance oil for Haldex clutch
8 - Ring
- Insert into drive pinion housing
9 - Roller
- Qty. 3
10 - Track roller
- Qty. 6
11 - Cam disc
- Note installed position
12 - O-ring
- Qty. 3
- Always replace
- Insert in cover for Haldex clutch
13 - Gasket
- Always replace
- For some final drives, O-rings may also be installed , Figure
14 - All-Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
- Removing and installing → Haldex Clutch Pump -V181- , removing and installing
15 - Cylinder bolt, 6 Nm
16 - Disc pack
- Note installed position of outer and inner plates
17 - Hub
18 - Thrust washer
- Note installed position
19 - Axial needle bearing
- With thrust washer for axial needle bearing
- Installed position
20 - Haldex Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and installing → Haldex Clutch Pump -V181- , removing and installing
21 - Cylinder bolt, 6 Nm
22 - Gasket
- Always replace
23 - O-ring
- Always replace
24 - O-ring
- Always replace
25 - Drive pinion housing
