Pedal cluster, assembly overview

3 - Mounting bracket
- For mounting clutch pedal
4 - Bolt

- For mounting accelerator pedal and brake pedal
6 - Self-locking hex nut, 25 Nm
- Always replace
7 - Connecting panel
8 - Self-locking hex nut, 25 Nm
- Always replace
9 - Bearing bushing
10 - Pivot pin
11 - Clutch pedal
- Removing and installing → Clutch pedal, removing and installing
12 - Support
13 - Self-locking hex nut, 25 Nm
- Always replace
14 - Clutch master cylinder
- Removing and installing → Master cylinder, removing and installing
15 - Supply hose
16 - Over-center spring
- Removing and installing → Over-center spring, removing and installing
17 - Bearing/over-center spring
- Insert in mounting bracket
- To replace, remove and install master cylinder → Master cylinder, removing and installing
18 - Clutch vacuum vent valve switch -F36-
- Press clutch pedal down as far as possible by hand when removing and installing switch
- Before removing clutch pedal, turn switch 45 ° toward left and remove from assembly opening
- Insert switch into assembly opening and secure by turning 45 ° toward right
19 - Stop bracket
- For clutch pedal
- Installed position
20 - Self-locking hex nut, 25 Nm
- Always replace
