Coolant, draining and filling: Draining

Open coolant expansion tank cap.
Remove damping pan: Refer to NOISE INSULATION (GASOLINE ENGINES), ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW or NOISE INSULATION (DIESEL ENGINES), ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW

Unscrew drain plug - arrow - from radiator return to drain coolant from radiator.

Also pull coolant hose out from oil cooler - arrow - to drain coolant from engine.
