Differential, adjusting

Tighten bearing body with 3155 to 150 N.m (111 ft lb) up to stop and secure.
Tighten adjusting ring to 50 N.m (37 ft lb) and mark.
NOTE: When measuring, do not turn differential, otherwise bearings will settle and measurement will be incorrect.
Turn adjusting ring by five locking tabs -arrow- and secure to achieve tapered roller bearing preload.
