Leak checking

If either a small or large leak is detected during the evaporative emissions system leak check, perform the following steps:
- Verify that fuel cap is secure and seal is not damaged. Replace if necessary.
- Repeat function check.
If malfunction still present:
- Disconnect Leak Detection Pump (LDP) hose from EVAP canister and seal it.
- Repeat function check.
If malfunction still present:
- Remove luggage compartment floor covering.
- Verify that fuel supply screw cap is tight and check seal for damage. Replace if necessary.
- Check supply and return lines for leaks at fuel pump.
- Repeat function test.
If malfunction still present:
- Remove air cleaner:
- Check lines and hoses between LDP and EVAP canister.
- Check lines and hoses between EVAP canister and EVAP canister purge regulator.
- Repeat function check.
If malfunction still present:
- Remove EVAP canister and check for cracks and leaks. Replace if necessary.
- Repeat function check.
If malfunction still present:
