Trouble Shooting

  1. Using wiring diagrams, perform trouble shooting procedure following instructions in trouble shooting tables. See Fig 1 and Fig 2. If specified values/test results are obtained, go to the next step shown across top of table. Disconnect test leads from electrical circuit tester after each step.
  2. If specified values/test results are not obtained, check item(s) listed in "Possible causes if specified value/test result was not obtained:" portion of tables. After repairing malfunction(s), check cruise control system for proper operation. If malfunction has not been corrected after performing all steps, replace cruise control module.
