Front brake caliper (VW II), servicing: Notes
NOTE:
- When assembling, apply a thin coat of brake fluid to cylinders, pistons and seals.
- Install all parts in repair kit.

- Dust boot
- Do not damage when installing piston
- Piston
- Removing and installing, see FRONT BRAKE CALIPER PISTON (VW II CALIPER), REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Coat lightly with brake fluid before installing
- Brake caliper
- Piston seal
- Remove using VAG 1474/5, see FRONT BRAKE CALIPER PISTON (VW II CALIPER), REMOVING AND INSTALLING
