Function 2

Second locking function is initiated by change in vehicle movement (vehicle- dependent locking function).

Checking 

• Fasten seat belt.
• Accelerate vehicle to 20 km/h (12 mph) then suddenly apply foot brake to simulate emergency braking.
  • If seat belt is not locked by locking mechanism during braking procedure, seat belt complete with belt latch must be replaced.
  WARNING: For safety reasons, road test should be carried out in a traffic-free area to ensure that other motorists or pedestrians are not endangered.
