- Battery (B+) voltage at least 11.5 V
- Ground connections on engine, transmission and battery OK
- Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory of Engine Control Module (ECM) checked and OK
- Fuse S5 OK
- Fuse S43 OK
