1 - Rear window 

• Removing rear window. Refer to Undamaged rear window, removing 
• Installing rear window. Refer to Rear window, installing 

2 - Gap dimension - a - = 3 mm  

3 - Sealing lip (component part of pre-coating) 

4 - PUR adhesive sealant 

• Bead cross section:
• Width = 7 mm
• Height = 11 mm (including pre-coating, residual material on window glass and window flange)
• Minimum curing time. Refer to Minimum curing time 

5 - Gap dimension - b - = 6.  5 mm

• Check gap dimension using Adjustment gauge 3371

6 - Window adjuster

7 - Gap dimension - c - = 3 mm
