Shock absorber, removing

Remove bolts - 1 - with vehicle standing on its wheels. Raise vehicle until the bolts are accessible.

For ease of illustration the work sequence is shown without the wheel.

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence.

Torque specifications:
Shock absorber to rear axle Use new nuts! Load the rear of the vehicle by the weight of one person when tightening	40 Nm + quarter turn (+90 ° )
Shock absorber to body Use new bolts!	30 Nm + quarter turn (+90 ° )
