Coolant thermostat, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Removing 

NOTE:
  • Always replace gaskets and seals.

Installing 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:
  • The clip of the thermostat must be positioned at approx. right angle.

Fill with new coolant, refer to Cooling system, draining and filling  .
