Rear axle for Golf and Jetta, From 08.94 and Up

Identification:

1. - Clip for brake line
2. - Welded on threaded stud for brake line retainer and clip for parking brake cable

   Dimension -A- = 12 mm (approx. 1/2 in.)

3. - Clip for brake line and ABS cable channel
4. - Brake line (as replacement part)

   Make sure that the brake line does not contact the body or the exhaust system silencer when the rear axle springs are fully compressed.

5. - Parking brake cable without protective coating

After current stock of rear axles has been exhausted, only rear axles with welded on threaded studs will be delivered as replacement parts. For vehicles up to 07.94 different parts must then be used. See REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR GOLF AND JETTA, 07.94  .
