Backrest lower part

NOTE: The following list refers to Fig 1 .
  1. Cover 
    • Pry cover with sewn-in piping off carrier -2- flange.
    • Cut through padding wires -4- and unhook padding wires -5- from padding - 3 - using awl VAG 1636.
  2. Carrier 
  3. Padding 
  4. Padding clip 
    • Cut through to remove (will be destroyed)
    • Replace with new clips when installing and press together using upholstery pliers VAG 1634
  5. Padding wire 
    • Connected in padding; disconnect and connect with awl VAG 1636
