Backrest cover and padding, removing and installing

NOTE: The following list refers to Fig 1 .
  1. Cover 
    • Open tabs, detach cover from tabs and pull off upward.
    • Remove guide for head restraint.
  2. Padding wire 
    • Connected in padding; disconnect and connect with awl VAG 1636
  3. Padding wire 
  4. Padding 
  5. Backrest frame 
  6. Clip 
  7. Guide 
    • Push up cover, squeeze ends of guide and pull out
  8. Cover tabs 
  9. Cotton liner
