Valve Body Assembly: Disassembly

CAUTION: DO NOT alter setting of adjusting screws when removing from valve body.

Remove transfer plate-to-valve body attaching screws. Lift transfer plate and separator plate from main valve body. Remove .24" (6 mm) check balls (5) and .12" (3 mm) check ball (1) from valve body. See Fig 2 .
Remove rear end cover plate and withdraw valves, springs and adjusting screws. Remove remaining end plates, one at a time, and withdraw all valves, plugs, springs and adjusting screws. See Fig 3 . Tag all parts for reassembly reference.
