Governor Assembly: Diassembly
Remove 2 attaching screws and withdraw thrust plate and governor housing. Remove transfer plate, balance weight, and if equipped, oil strainer. Remove "E" clips and withdraw centrifugal weight, valve, spring, and dished washer from pin. See Fig 1 .
