Power Brake Unit: Installation

1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Before installing brake push rod to brake pedal, adjust push rod length.
2. To adjust push rod length (measured from power unit flange to centerline of push rod clevis), loosen lock nut, and turn push rod until distance is 4.39" (111.5 mm). Tighten lock nut. Complete installation, and bleed hydraulic system.

To install, reverse removal procedure. Always replace damping ring, washer, filter and "O" ring. Slots in damping washer, and filter must be offset 180°.
