eMotor Water Pump Inlet Hose Bracket Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove power distribution unit (PDU) cradle. Refer to POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT (PDU) CRADLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

   Removal note: For better illustration the removal for the bolts is shown with the HV Battery water Pump removed. 

2. Remove 2 bolts (1).

   Torque: 8 Nm 

3. Remove bracket (1).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install power distribution unit (PDU) cradle. Refer to POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT (PDU) CRADLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
