Front Floor Console Rear Air Duct Removal And Installation/Replacement

Overview: 

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove front floor console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

   Rear duct: 

2. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 3 Nm 

3. Unclip air duct (2) off both front floor console retainers (3) remove.

   Front ducts: 

4. Remove both bolts (1).

   Torque: 3.5 Nm 

5. Remove bracket (2).

   Front ducts: 

6. Lift left-hand air duct (1) at rear and release catch (2).
7. Pull off left hand air duct (1) to the rear and remove it.

   Front ducts: 

8. Lift right-hand air duct (1) at rear and release catch (2).
9. Pull off right hand air duct (1) to the rear and remove it.

   Front connecting duct: 

10. Lift the connecting duct (1) at rear and release both catches (2).
11. Pull off the connecting duct (1) to the rear and remove it.

    Installation Procedure: 

    Installation note: Check all the foam seals for damage and replace if necessary. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install front floor console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
