LHS Temperature Valve Actuator Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove driver knee airbag module. Refer to DRIVER KNEE AIRBAG MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove bolt (1).

   Torque: 5 Nm 

3. Remove the legroom air vent (2) in arrow direction.

4. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1).

5. Remove 3 bolts (1).

   Torque: 1 Nm 

6. Remove temperature valve actuator (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install driver knee airbag module. Refer to DRIVER KNEE AIRBAG MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING IDS IN SERVICE
