Air Inlet Valve Actuator Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) module. Refer to ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (ADAS) MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1). Remove the cable set from the guide.

3. Remove 3 screws (1).

   Torque: 1 Nm

4. Remove the air inlet valve actuator (1) in arrow direction.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) module. Refer to ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (ADAS) MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING IDS IN SERVICE
