Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove instrument panel lower trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 1.8 Nm 

3. Remove instrument panel center air outlet duct (2) to the front.

Installation Procedure:

Installation note: Check seal (1) for damage and replace if needed. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel lower trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
