Instrument Panel Under Tray Removal And Installation/Replacement (Passenger)

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect 12 V battery negative cable. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION AND REPLACEMENT

2. Remove the screw (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm 

3. Remove the plastic clip (2).
4. Fold down the fairing (3) and loosen both latches (4).

   Installation note: The footwell outflow passenger side will also be removed.

5. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1) of footwell lamp.
6. Remove instrument panel under tray (2).

Replacement Procedure:

1. Unclip and remove the footwell lamp (1) in the direction of the arrow.

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm 

3. Remove front air outlet duct (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Reconnect 12 V battery negative cable. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION AND REPLACEMENT
